How to add equipment to your Tenan library

In this article we will cover adding equipment assets to your Tenan library.

  1. In the main menu click on 'Equipment'.
  2. Next, click the 'Add Equipment' button.

  1. To enter Equipment there are three required fields: Name, Manufacturer, and Model Number.

  1. Once you've entered in your equipment data. Click the 'Save' button.

  1. Additionally, you can add custom fields to track additional data, list equipment vendors, and create operational checklist.

Additional Information

Once your equipment asset has been saved to your Tenan library you now have access to Equipment Quotes and Equipment History.

Equipment Quotes - during the quote submission process you can assign assets to your quote. Once the quote is submitted Tenan will store the quote record right here on the asset. 

Equipment History - the equipment history tab will keep a log of all changes made to the asset record, so you always have a record of changes made.
